Returns & Refunds – Digital Artwork
As our products are digital downloads, no physical item will be shipped.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content that is supplied immediately, this right can be lost once the download or access to the digital artwork begins, provided that you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
Before completing your purchase, you will therefore be asked to confirm:
“I expressly agree that the digital artwork is made available to me immediately after purchase and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download begins.”
Once the download has started, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
Defective or incorrect files
If the digital artwork is defective, corrupted, materially different from the description, or you receive the wrong file, please contact us at sales@digiibits.shop. We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement, correction, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
